old i think and it said something like

these 2 parents were getting divorced and they went to court to get custody of their child, so the judge asked the boy...son do you want to stay with your mom....then the son says, no mama beats me, then he asked the same about his dad, he said, no papa beats me.....after a while they thought and said.........
